We read everything and reply where a reply is useful. Corrections are the most valuable thing you can send us: if a step no longer matches what Android or the app shows, tell us which page and what you saw, and we will fix it.
We cannot help with account access, balances, chips, withdrawals or payments. Those sit with the app operator, reachable through the support and mail options inside the app.
